Castor Oil Nail Treatment


IAMA Castor oil (2 drops) 

2 drops of vitamin E oil

1 drops of lavender essential oil


  1. In a small bowl or container, combine the castor oil, vitamin E oil, and lavender essential oil.
  2. Stir the ingredients together until they are well-mixed.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a small, clean, airtight container, such as a small glass jar or bottle.


  1. Start by gently buffing your nails with a nail file to remove any rough or damaged areas.
  2. Apply a small amount of the castor oil mixture to each of your nails, focusing on the nail bed and cuticles.
  3. Gently massage the oil into your nails and cuticles, ensuring the entire nail is coated.
  4. Allow the oil to soak in for at least 15-20 minutes, or even overnight if possible.
  5. After the treatment, you can wipe off any excess oil with a clean, dry cloth.

How often?

Use this nail treatment 1-2 times per week, or as needed, to help strengthen and heal your brittle, thin nails.
